RESOURCES ON OUR SITE
Coaching Tools and Resources is committed to ensuring that all of our services, products and information we share is foremost researched, designed and delivered in a manner which has the potential to support others. Our values are focused on giving, being supportive and making a positive difference in the world. We are also dedicated to ensuring that we are at all times ethically demonstrating integrity at all levels. Therefore all sections of our Terms and Conditions are necessary to provide clarity on a number of key points.
All staff at Coaching Tools and Resources contribute to the sourcing of resource materials, tools, forms, website links, articles and other media. Many of our materials are written by us. As a collective, we have a huge range of backgrounds and areas of expertise, and we actively engage in researching information to increase our knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the profession of coaching.
The documents we create often have generic coaching exercises contained within them. We do this because we have learned that when people simply read resource documents like these, but do not engage in any follow-up activity, then they are less likely to do something with the information. Engaging in the coaching exercises we have developed is at the discretion of the client or user and therefore Coaching Tools and Resources cannot be responsible for any outcomes as a result of the client or user’s choices or activities.
We also take great care when sharing information to ensure it is accurate and useful to the best of our abilities.
Coaching Tools and Resources never make any endorsement or recommendation of any websites, books, companies, products or services. Instead, we provide ideas for our clients and users to explore certain websites and resources, so that they can develop their own opinions of the resources. The client or user makes the final assessment as to whether or not the resource is actually useful and relevant to their needs.
We also take no responsibility for the content of any website other than Coaching Tools and Resources. We cannot control the accuracy, security or technical performance of any website other than our own.
Finally, clients and users often recommend websites, tools and resources for us to include at Coaching Tools and Resources. We review and research all recommendations, to the best of our ability, for accuracy and relevancy. We also review all content considered for this site with ethical and moral sensitivity and reasoning based on our many years of experience in the coaching profession. Whilst recognising the potential pitfalls of such a subjective process, we reserve the right not to publish any content we believe would be in appropriate to the vision, mission and values of the Coaching Tools and Resources site and for our coaching profession colleagues.
