OVERVIEW
This resource document explores the 30 values/behaviours that make up the three high-level values (Integrity – Positivity – Impact) of the organisation High Ideals, based in Australia. High Ideal’s driving goal is to promote “high idealism” in the five focus areas of individuals (personal and professional), business (best practice behaviours), caring causes (helping others achieve their needs), the environment (not just the planet but also home, work and community) and youth (supporting the high idealists of tomorrow). There are also a number of coaching questions at the end to support the exploration/learning process. Professional coaches can use this resource for exploring their own values in this focused manner and/or the documented could be provided to their clients if related to the topic of coaching.
