OVERVIEW
At the core of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) are the presuppositions which are principles we must presuppose are true in order to change our framework about how we are interpreting our thoughts, feelings and behaviours in line with the changes we wish to make and the goals we wish to achieve. One of the greats in this field, Allan Parker, has kindly agreed to share his 15 presuppositions at the core of the work he does.
