askacoach - Contribution

Hello Everyone!

Just a short newsletter this time around with a couple of links I thought you might find helpful.

First, a colleague of mine and an incredible writer and coach, James Adonis, published this story in his newsletter recently on "Involvement and Contribution". I have his permission to reprint, so have put it into the blog.

Here's the link to read "Involvement and Contribution" by James Adonis.

Continuing on with the "contribution" theme...

What have I been up to? Some important links for you. And where are YOU going?

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!

May everything you hope for and dream of come to you in 2012!

Wow, has it really been over three months since I've written a newsletter, blog or any other entry on any of my websites?

Yikes!

The last thing I wrote was to say a big thank you to everyone involved in the development of the Coaching Product of the Year 2011, The Wheels of Life.

askacoach - Selective Behaviour Modelling

Hello everyone!

First, a short background before the announcement about Selective Behaviour Modelling (SBM™)

I've been doing a lot of reflection lately. And with a milestone birthday (45) happening in just a few days, it adds another filter to the considerations of "what do I want to be when I grow up?"

Actually, I love what I do for my career and how this integrates with who I am as a person. I love being a coach!

But there are some activities in my career that I don't enjoy as much as I used to so I'm going to taper back on them, or in some cases, stop.

Last call for WBECS early bird

In preparation for the event, there have been
some AMAZING pre-Summit lectures and
webinars. I've already learned fantastic new
skills for growing my practice...and those were
only "tasters!" I can only imagine the kind of

askacoach - News, Offers and Donald Trump

Hello everyone!

I'm beginning to sound like a broken record but...

I've been full-on with a number of projects and just haven't prioritised blogging, creating new videos or sending out a newsletter.

But I HAVE been saving stuff in my inbox to forward to you and so this newsletter contains links to all of those wonderful items. You can check these out in The Best Little Life Coaching Blog in the World (R).

Highlights include information about:

askacoach - The Biggest Coaching Event in History!

Hello everyone!

I've been very busy working on a huge project and so although I wasn't writing regular blog content or filming any video blogs, I was keeping a file on interesting news events in coaching to share with you when I got around to writing a newsletter again.

Fortunately, there was one particular story that stood out (I'll explain why the others didn't shortly): The Worldwide Business and Executive Coaching Summit 28 July to 18 August 2011.

askacoach - Enjoying the Break and Enjoying Being Wrong

Hello everyone!

Well, the transition from PC to MAC went flawlessly and many thanks to Patrick, Claire, Brendon and Andrew for all your help!

Thank you also to those who have sent through ideas for what you want to see and learn about in the video blogs I'm about to start producing in the next week or so.

And for those of you who mark this time of year in your culture or faith, you have my best wishes.

I certainly have enjoyed this holiday break (and we get a few extra days than normal this year in Australia as Easter coincides with ANZAC Day).
